Description: Located in the west side of the park off of the West Branch picnic area, Stony Creek mountain bike trails contains some classic, heavily trafficked Southeast Michigan single track that winds its way in and out of heavily wooded forests.
These trails contain something for everyone, from the relatively flat, sweeping turns of The Pines to the challenging climb of The Snake, from the rolling hills of the two track trails to the fast, flowing Roller Coaster.
A weekly, casual, no-drop group ride of Stony Creek’s single track trails meets at 6:30 pm on Wednesday evenings in the southwest corner of Stoney Creek High School’s parking lot. See this thread on the MMBA Forum for more information.
